Charleston Woods rancher starts!

We settled on this this traditional brick front rancher located in Charleston Woods, an area nestled in between Barclay and Kressonshire. We were drawn to this property for it’s private location, lot size and we always wanted to renovate a ranch home. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with approximately 1700 square feet. There is an additional probably 800 square feet in the unfinished walk out basement. We will be giving this home a contemporary look and feel and are excited to see the finished product. In my next post I will create the renders of the project. A Cherry Hill renovation would not be the same without having to take down wallpaper!
