Thanks for stopping by the website, we are going to be updating the site weekly with new pictures, video and some commentary as to what we are doing and plans moving forward. We settled on 26 Signal Hill in the Fox Hollow subdivision of Cherry Hill June 12th and are about to begin starting the renovations. The outside scope of work will include an all new roof, all new windows, garage doors and doors, exterior paint job, landscaping, installation of a large deck off the family room and the building of a retaining wall in the backyard in order to level out the lot. Interior renovations will include refinishing all the floors, painting the entire interior, bumping out the side of the home by 3 feet in order to create a gourmet kitchen, opening up the main floor as much as possible, redesigning the fireplace façade, expanding up the existing upstairs bathroom and creating a master suite by moving the small master bath into the sitting area of the master bedroom to make room for a full stand up shower, soaker tub and dual vanities.
