Finishing up Demo at 110 Kingsdale Ave Cherry Hill renovation

First round of demolition has finally completed at this Cherry Hill fixer upper. At this stage we normally will rip out all the old flooring, complete remove wallpaper, take down the appropriate walls, reframe, etc. The house gets very neutralized by doing the demo and you can start to visualize the completed project. We have already filled two dumpsters on this Cherry Hill renovation and will probably need at least one more. Up to this point there have luckily been no surprises. Removal of the wallpaper took longer than anything else during demolition, believe it or not.
