In moving forward with the Fox Hollow Cherry Hill renovation we have to turn our attention to opening up the backyard and creating a space for both adults and children. The lot is overgrown with brush and has a very large tree right in the middle of the yard. After the big storm a couple of weeks ago we called our friends at Expert Tree Service. If you ever need tree removal, stump removal, stump grinding, etc. call this company. Their price is extremely fair, they get out there fast, they get the job done quickly and they don’t leave a trace that they were even there. In this post you will see some of the action and what the yard looks like after they left.

We still have to make it look pretty, but the backyard is really opened up now. We still have more brush to clear out, build a small retaining wall and bring in quite a few loads of fill dirt, topsoil and then sod! This will be the perfect space for relaxation and for the children to play in.
In the next couple of days we will be posting the interior pictures and videos of the house now that the main demolition is complete…
