Just give us a call and we can come to your home for a no cost consultation and listen to you about your needs/concerns of expanding your home through an addition and perhaps add a few ideas of our own. We will need to schedule to meet with the architect as well. We can then come back with a couple 3D renders to give you an idea of the floorplan and how it ties into existing structure. One of the primary goals is making sure the addition looks like it was always a part of the existing home so we need to address the roof, siding, gutters, etc. We can go over the plans again, making any necessary changes and once the design is approved it is time to get started!
We own all of our own trades so we do not subcontract out any of the work. We have our own plumbing and HVAC company, electricians and construction company. We will create a clean job site and work around your schedule.
