Paint, paint and more paint. It is time to paint the exterior of this Cherry Hill home and the existing color was a pale yellow. First off we have to prep the home in order to get it ready. This process consists of repairing/replacing any damaged wood that we find, power washing the exterior and making sure all the windows and necessary areas of the home are properly caulked. Konversion Properties is a huge fan of gray and we use it on the interiors of most of our homes unless a client specifies otherwise. What we have learned is that there are many different shades and temperatures of gray, it is not just a cold color. We always depend on the great staff at Sherwin Williams on Route 70 for guidance. The color we chose for the exterior of this home is called Anonymous, a warm gray that will present itself differently throughout various times of the day. The color contrasts great with the white trim and pops against the brick. In the next week or so we will be adding the gutters and shutters and installing a new copper awning on the bay window out front. All of these elements will really go well together and you will see how paint can really transform the look of your home.
