Demolition is just about complete
After the initial cleanout we start doing the majority of the major demolition here. We gutted the bathrooms, took down the pony wall and full wall out of kitchen, tore out the deck, gutted the finished portion of the garage and removed some of the flooring that was bad. In the kitchen we are going to see if we can move the basement door to the kitchen side (easier to get furniture down there) and make it flush with existing kitchen wall. The engineer will determine that. In the upstairs master we ultimately decided to keep the layout the same but convert to dual vanity and push the shower flush with wall that the toilet sits on and installing body spray and rainfall shower head. We have gone over the scope of the electrical and have submitted permits.
