Konversion Construction started out as Konversion Properties, a company that would purchase distressed properties, make necessary renovations and improvements, and then sell the property. We stood out among others in the field by our creative vision and attention to detail. The company consists of Hal Candera, Timothy Sweeney and Jesse Nidhan,  each one bringing their own unique perspective to each and every project. The team has over 25 years combined construction experience, own their own Plumbing and HVAC company and a realtor/real estate investor partner to analyze all the investments.

Every neighborhood we would "flip" a house in, people would always stop by to see the work, and ultimately ask us if we did any renovation or remodeling work. They were never sure if we did "smaller" jobs than an entire home renovation. Of course we did, having done over 300 bathrooms, kitchen, basements and additons to date. We decided to start Konversion Construction that would soley exist to take on all facets of remodeling work completely separate from the investment company.

We are a fully licensed and insured Design/Build Solutions company. We are a one stop shop that will take your project from concept to creation. 

Concept phase: After you contact us we will set up an appointment to come to your home to discuss the project you are interested in. We will go over your list of features you desire, discuss various combinations of layouts and go over our vendors we use for everything from cabinets to flooring.

Planning phase: Our team will then get together and create some renders of the project showing you what the room will look like. We will also determine any plumbing, electrical and possible structural issues we need to contend with. We always use an architect/engineer where necessary. 

Create a detailed scope of project: This will include what you can expect in terms of start date, timeframes, completion date, material and labor costs.
