Renders for Charleston Woods rancher!

We are very excited to be doing this Cherry Hill remodel. When we first saw the property we knew immediately the direction we were headed and that was  to give it more of a fresh and modern feel. Most of the walls are not structural so it is relatively easy to open up the floorplan. On the outside we will paint the brick white, get new garage doors, black windows, unique front door, mailbox and lighting. The roof is fine and we will add some sod and mulch. When you open the front door now, you will be able to see straight through to the backyard as we are removing the two walls to the left and converting the pantry wall into a fireplace log holder. The kitchen will be reconfigured and we will be taking the wall down near the garage so the dining room is open to the kitchen. A cable rail system will be installed as entry to the basement. The rest of the home will remain as is structurally with the exception of expanding the footprint of the master shower area. We try not to do ordinary so we cannot wait to see the final project!

The renders will be pretty close to the final project, some changes are made on the fly during the project of course. This will still be a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Charleston Woods Cherry Hill. The basement is the length of the home so the square footage could easily be doubled and the addition of another bedroom and bathroom is not a problem.
